Accounting
Income statement
Posted journal entries for classes 6 and 7, grouped by nature then by category, with debit, credit and balance. The template doesn't filter the period: add a filter or a relative period to frame the fiscal year.
General ledger
Entries grouped by account, with vendor. Filtered on the current calendar year, not the fiscal year.
FEC-type extraction
Thirteen columns close to the accounting entries file. This is not the regulatory FEC (18 columns): matching, currency and posting date are not included, and the template doesn't filter period or posted status.

HissabCell reads and writes live, via OAuth, to your company's Sage Intacct. It does not constitute a copy of your database: Automate export files are the only extract kept, for 90 days.
OAuth, your account
Each person connects with their Sage Intacct account and only sees what their permissions allow. Companies attach to the organization, within the plan limit.
What we keep
Report definitions (queries, filters, templates), Automate schedules and audit logs. Not the accounting data itself.
Exports kept 90 days
Files generated by Automate are automatically deleted after 90 days. Download links last 72 hours.
Encrypted secrets
Session tokens and application credentials (developer license) encrypted in AES-GCM, never redisplayed.
Voluntary write
No write on sheet recalculation. Each send is launched voluntarily and tracked.
Secure infrastructure
HissabCell only keeps your settings: filters, Automate schedules and audit logs. Your accounting data stays in Sage Intacct.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to change our work habits?
No. Your teams stay in Excel, with their formatting and formulas. The add-in simply brings Sage Intacct data into the sheet and updates it on demand.
Are our custom fields and objects supported?
Yes. The catalog is read live from your company: your custom fields and objects appear alongside standard ones, without special configuration.
Who sees what data?
Each user connects with their own Sage Intacct account: they only see what their Sage Intacct permissions allow them to see.
Can we work on multiple companies or entities?
Yes. You choose an entity or the whole group for each report. The number of Sage Intacct companies attached to your organization depends on the plan: 2 pendant l’essai, 3, 5 ou illimité.
How does the free trial work?
On request: we create your organization and send you its identifier. 14 days, all modules, 2 companies. Then you choose a plan from Excel; your queries and templates are kept.
What is the organization identifier?
It designates your HissabCell space. You enter it in Excel before connecting. It gives access to no data: the Sage Intacct connection remains mandatory.
Where is our data stored?
Your Sage Intacct data stays in Sage Intacct. HissabCell keeps report definitions (queries, filters, templates), Automate schedules and audit logs. Export files are kept 90 days then automatically deleted; download links last 72 hours.
Can we modify existing records?
Yes. HISSABCELL.UPDATE sends to Sage Intacct only the mapped fields. #VIDE clears a value. Each line returns with its status. Nothing is sent on simple sheet recalculation.
Do periods follow our fiscal year?
Yes. Current fiscal year, prior fiscal year, fiscal year to date, N fiscal years ago, current or prior fiscal quarter or month: these periods are calculated from each company's first fiscal month. The token is recorded in the query and resolved in Excel as in scheduled sends.
Can I schedule a report with calculated columns?
Calculated columns (aging, formulas) are evaluated in Excel. Scheduled exports don't recalculate them for now: the sent file includes the columns read from Sage Intacct.
Is writing to Sage Intacct risky?
Nothing is sent on simple sheet calculation: writing is launched voluntarily from the pane. Each line returns with its result (created or rejected with reason) and only your account's permissions apply.
I'm a Sage Intacct consultant: can I offer it to my clients?
Yes. The developer license connects your clients with your own Sage Intacct OAuth application: credentials are configured with our team, encrypted, and never redisplayed. The library allows sharing report templates.
